You have a week off!

It has just been divine to be back to classes this week and to see you all – even with the heat, we’ve worked out tremendously!

However with having two weeks off with being poorly with covid, time has flown incredibly fast and without a blink of an eye, we are on holiday from Wednesday 20th – Wednesday 27th July, inclusive, which is next week! Wow it has come around really fast.

So luckily there will still be classes on Monday 18th July and we will restart on Friday 29th July.

Apologies for being away, coming back and then nipping off again but when the sea calls who am I to ignore it?!!

So I shall see you on Monday 18th July – I know that this is going to be a really hot day however I thought we would make sure that we would do a sensible level of exercises with plenty of water breaks and air flowing through the various halls.  I hope to see you there, if not see you back on Friday 29th!
